Airline
The Airline industry generally has many points of integration: ticketing arangements with other airlines, loyalty programs, internal operational areas for example, and also has high volumes of transactional data.
As well as actual flight and ticketing data, airlines also deal with large volumes of predictive data for flight bookings on future dates.
We have typically aided airlines integrate SAP based systems (Finance, HR, etc.) with custom or package airline solutions. The IBM WBI SAP adapter is a particular speciality, and allows SAP to be integrated with other applications in a real-time manor without batch scheduling or file transfers.
We have experience integrating airlines applications such as PROS, CADS (CALIDRIS), SIRAX, and custom developed applications, with general industry packages such as SAP and Siebel.
We have used a combination of both WBI InterChange Server and WBI Message Broker (and several adapters) to provide highly effective overall integration strategies.
